Refund Policy
1. Overview
Proximity is sold as a one-time purchase. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued.
2. 14-Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked, provided the App has not been activated on more than one device during that period.
To request a refund, contact us at proximity@lightisbeauty.com with your order number, or contact Paddle directly at paddle.com. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.
3. Refunds Outside the 14-Day Window
Refunds requested after 14 days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We will consider refunds in the following circumstances:
- A critical defect prevents the App from functioning as described and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe
- A duplicate purchase was made in error
We are not able to offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after the refund window has closed
- Incompatibility with hardware or software configurations not listed in our system requirements
- Partial use of the license period
4. How Refunds Are Processed
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as Merchant of Record. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Light is Beauty Inc. does not handle payment details directly.
